Petar Kostur - President and CEO

With 14 years of experience in financial services, trading and money management, Petar Kostur has an incredible track record for performance and service.  In 1994, he graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor's Degree in Management - Finance and began his career with IDS Financial Services as a Registered Representative.  Mr. Kostur left IDS to gain trading floor experience at the Chicago Board of Trade, where he gained extensive pit and computer trading skills from many of the industry leading traders and money managers.  In 1998, Mr. Kostur left the CBOT to work with World Group Securities, Inc (formerly WMA Securities, Inc.) where he was a Branch Office Manager and Branch Office Supervisor until 2007, expanding the company in the Chicago area and opening offices in Northwest Indiana and parts of Ontario, Canada.  Mr. Kostur saw the industry changing and knew that creating an Investment Advisery firm would create the most opportunities for his clients and his business.  With a relentless pursuit of excellence and a keen eye for opportunities, Mr. Kostur looks to match high quality clients with high quality investments.

Suhail Khan - V.P. Operations

Suhail Khan began his Financial Services career in 1999 as a registered representative, and has since developed an insiders perspective on the internal requirements of successful investment firms.  A Chicago native, Suhail is well known in local political circles for his work in local, national and international policy both for his analysis and advocacy. He brings this expertise to his advice and our practice by bringing comparative political developments into economic perspective. With a strong track record for delivering quality investment advice to his clients, Suhail boasts a strong financial client following and a track record for success, which is no less impressive. Taking the position of V.P. of Operations, Elite Capital Management is honored to utilize his operational skills in expanding our firm.

J. Mark Kinoff - Consultant to the Global Market Outlook

Mark Kinoff has traded futures and stocks for over twenty years. In that time he has traded his personal account and managed a number of private accounts. Currently, Mark splits his time between trading on the floors of the CBOT, as well as being a Consultant to the Elite Capital Management GLOBAL MARKET OUTLOOK, a nightly Market Forecasting Service for fund managers, commercial clients, brokers, and individual speculators.  His extensive background includes Broker Assistant, Floor Broker, Floor Trader, Private Account Manager, and CTA, giving him immeasurable experience of all facets of the trading arena. A technical specialist with emphasis on wave patterns, market psychology, classical technical analysis and chart pattern recognition, Mark has earned a reputation as a top technician in the trading world. Proficient in the design of proprietary trading systems, Mark has developed a number of computerized "black box" trading programs. Mark also serves as a private consultant with his private firm, Core Futures,  to commercial grain marketers and livestock farmers, working with them to optimize hedging strategies, as well as providing guidance and education to speculators who wish to improve their trading performance and better understand market dynamics and technical analysis.

J. Mark Kinoff is a current member of the Chicago Board of Trade, and Core Futures is a registered CTA with the National Futures Association.

 Jonah Ford - Analyst - Global Market Outlook

An 11-year veteran of the futures and cash  markets, Jonah provides exclusive market research and analytics consulting for Elite Capital Management. Jonah began his career as a proprietary trader, and later began conducting research for Core Futures, a Chicago-based Commodities Trading Advisor specializing in technical analysis.

Jonah became a registered commodities broker in 2003 to provide services for one of the largest farm hedging consultants in Illinois before joining Greenrush Capital. As well as being an accomplished writer and editor, Jonah holds a unique position of being a highly skilled technical analyst with an extensive understanding of market fundamentals and macroeconomics.

Featured in Barron's, Dow Jones Newswires, Delta Farm Press, a regular contributor to Bloomberg, and writer for ECM's Global Market Outlook, Jonah also provides commentary for the Minneapolis Grain Exchange and Futuresource.
